People are always the force behind efficient and effective solutions hence the importance of training and education. gDi’s Educational and Training Services will improve the skills and on-job training of personnel to successfully operate and maintain the various systems components and applications installed.
Educational and Training Services include the following:
- Educational and training seminars and workshops
- On-the-job training of systems applications, maintenance & support
- Manpower planning and skills inventory systems
- Needs assessment systems and applications
- Computer assisted instructions and applications
- Introductory and advanced training programs
- Professional and executive / VIP orientation programs
- Specialised training programs
- Development / implementation of master training plans
We also partnered with The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). NAIT expertise goes well beyond our campus classrooms into offices, shops and plants across the country and around the world. Proactive business and industry leaders look to NAIT to design, develop and deliver customized training to fit their unique requirements.
Two new NAIT in Motion mobile education units have been equipped as trade shops to bring the technology to the learner in remote communities rather than bringing the learner to the technology. The NAIT in Motion tractor-trailer units are outfitted to deliver trades-related training in millwright, pipefitting, steamfitting, gasfitting, welding, machining, electrical, and plumbing.
