gDi Suggestions & Complaints System
gDi Suggestions & Complaints system is a fully customizable web based system that implements an automated workflow which handles suggestions and complaints from citizens, strategic partners, vendors, internal and external users to an organization. The System automates the management and monitoring of the suggestion/complaint Process from the initiation of the suggestion to awarding the suggestion presenter up to closing the suggestion/complaint.
The System can be customized to meet the customer’s requirements. It has an automated workflow engine that can also be customized to meet the suggestions/complaints business process in any organization.
The system is shipped with predefined set of managerial reports, more reports can be created and added as required by different customers, as well as customizing existing ones.
The system has five predefined roles each of which has a set of permissions and access levels to the different functionalities of the system with additional roles that can be defined and granted access right to the system as it may required.
gDi developed a completely web based system built on web open standards which utilizes the use of web services and XML. It implements an automated workflow which handles Suggestions and Complaints from internal and external users to an organization. The system automates the management and monitoring of the Suggestion/Complaints/Enquiry process from the initiation of the request to the completion of the cycle (Evaluation & Implementation). The system also has a facility to define points’ categories and how points are converted to awards.
